This privacy statement explains the personal data we process when providing the parking service. This statement is applicable only to users of the parking service at the main parking lot of SARAJEVO International Airport (entry to the parking lot with a one-time card from the parking meter).
What personal data do we process?
If you use the parking services at the main parking lot of Sarajevo International Airport, the following data may be processed:
When entering the main parking lot, the parking fee management system takes a photo of the license plate of the vehicle entering the parking area. This photo is processed in order for the system to provide parking billing and automatic ramp raising.
Why do we process this personal data?
Sarajevo International Airport processes a minimal amount of personal data in order to ensure adequate payment of the parking service and the operation of the license plate recognition system (automatic lifting of the ramp).
The mentioned processing of personal data is based on legal obligations and contractual relationship.
How long do we keep this personal data?
License plate data - daily entries/exits are stored for 180 days, and photos of license plates with the vehicle are stored for 7 days, after which they are deleted.
Who do we share this personal information with?
As a rule, the Company does not share this set of personal data with any third party, except in exceptional cases (e.g. court order, police investigation, etc.).
