On a session held on 28th May 2020, the Council of Ministers of B&H, on a proposal put forward by the Ministry of Security of B&H, made a Decision on Amendment and Supplement to the Decision on regulating additional requirements for the entry of foreign nationals to B&H, enabling the entry to B&H for nationals from neighbouring countries as follows: the Republic of Montenegro, the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Serbia. This Decision enters into force on the day of its adoption.
For the purpose of easier implementation of the former Decision, it is specified that foreign nationals for the purpose of business matters may enter B&H under the condition they have an invitation by a legal entity from B&H, instead of previously stipulated invitation letter, as well as a certificate on negative SARS-COV-2 test, not older than 48 hours from the moment of the entry.
Also, The Council of Ministers is informed that the Decision on temporary closure of border crossings in the airspace for the transport of passengers in B&H is repealed as of 1st June 2020, 24:00, by which landings and take-offs from the airports in B&H are prohibited for the purpose of preventing importing and spreading contagious diseases.
Upon opening, border crossings at the airports in B&H will implement provisions in accordance with previous decisions on regulation of additional requirements for the entry of foreign nationals to Bosnia and Herzegovina, in compliance with all prescribed measures by epidemiological competent institutions in B&H.
