CALL FOR SUBMISSION OF TENDERS FOR THE LEASE OF COMMERCIAL PREMISES IN TERMINAL B OF SARAJEVO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
(hereinafter: ''Call'')
PC Sarajevo International Airport LLC Sarajevo intends to lease the catering premises located in the Terminal B building which are located on the second floor of the terminal building (the area before the passport control), as well as the commercial premises intended for retail and service activities (the area after the passport control).
The business premises intended for performing the catering activities which consist of a coffee bar and a restaurant with a kitchen and utility rooms are offered for the lease. A total area of the interior premises is 645.23 m², the premises are comprised of the coffee bar with a surface area of 107.56 m², whilst the restaurant area with the kitchen and utility rooms have a surface area of 537.67 m². The retail premises have a total area of 33.39 m², while the premises for service activities consist of one single unit with an area of 75.00 m² and another unit with an area of 14.60 m².
Both domestic and foreign legal entities may submit bids in written form (sealed envelope) in one of the official languages of Bosnia and Herzegovina or in English, no later than 22 May 2026 at 12:00, marked:
“Bid for – LEASE OF COMMERCIAL PREMISES IN TERMINAL B OF SARAJEVO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT”
The bid shall be submitted to the lessor’s registry office either in person or by mail.
