Sarajevo International Airport provides the service of using VIP lounges and business class lounges for users of airport services who express a desire to use them. The use of the aforementioned services is voluntary, and Sarajevo International Airport collects a certain set of personal information, necessary for the implementation of the planned activities of the VIP lounge and business class lounge services.
What personal data do we process?
In order to adequately provide VIP services, we need basic information about the user of the service (name and surname of the user, company, address or e-mail address, contact phone number), contact information about the person making the reservation (e-mail address and contact telephone), payment information (payment card number or bank account number, date and time of use, monetary value, signature), and basic information about the service user's journey (travel route).
Why do we process this personal data?
We collect and process the above data so that we can adequately implement the services offered as part of one of the VIP service packages. The purpose of processing the personal data of passengers, visitors or business partners is to determine the identity of the passenger with whom the Company concludes an informal Agreement on the use of the salon and to fulfill the legal obligation to issue an invoice.
How long do we keep this personal data?
Data collected by Sarajevo International Airport in the process of implementing the VIP service are stored for a period of no longer than 3 years.
Who do we share this personal information with?
Sarajevo International Airport does not share this data with third parties.
Managers of individual VIP programs with which Sarajevo International Airport cooperates (e.g. Lounge Key, Dragon pass, Lounge Me, etc.) collect a certain set of data according to their needs. In the implementation of the VIP program for these organizations, Sarajevo International Airport collects and processes this data for the aforementioned companies according to their requests and instructions (in this case, Sarajevo International Airport appears as a data processor).
