As part of periodic meetings with long-standing and strategic partners, Acting Director of Sarajevo International Airport Dino Selimović and Director of the Airport Services Department Vedrana Vikić-Musić held a meeting with Fabian Camichel, Senior Director for Ground Airline Operations and Passenger Experience in Southern Europe at Lufthansa Group, and Ismar Ibrahimović, Regional Manager and Station Manager of Lufthansa Group for Sarajevo, Dubrovnik and Mostar.
During the meeting, current operational issues, challenges facing the aviation industry, as well as trends affecting the operations of airports and airlines were discussed. Special attention was given to further improving cooperation between Lufthansa Group and Sarajevo International Airport, with a focus on service quality, operational efficiency and enhancing the passenger experience.
The participants exchanged views on plans for the coming period, opportunities to develop cooperation across all business segments, and joint activities aimed at strengthening Sarajevo’s connectivity with European and global destinations.
Both sides expressed satisfaction with the successful cooperation to date, confirming their commitment to its continuation and to further strengthening the partnership for mutual benefit, with the aim of providing the highest possible quality of service to passengers and jointly responding to the challenges of the modern aviation industry.
