Sarajevo Airport at the International Business Fair

The International Business Fair „Mostar 2012“, the 15th in a row, was held in Mostar on March 27- 31.2012. As one of the most significant events of this kind in the region, the Mostar Fair managed to gather more than 800 exhibitors from 35 countries. All industrial branches were presented in two pavilions taking up the space of 30 thousand square meters.
Within the Fair was also held the Fair of Tourism, with participation of the Sarajevo International Airport as the project manager, as well as the Mostar Airport. For us it was a unique opportunity to represent ourselves in the best way to visitors and potential business partners and bring their attention to the quality of our services (like ticketing, commerce, cargo and complementary services).
We used the occasion to proudly present a new issue of the „Sarajevo Airport Magazine“ in which passengers and our business partners can find relevant facts about the airport, its future plans and other useful information.
The fair was attended by numerous BH officials. We would point out the presence of Damir Hadžić, the BH Minister of Transport and Communications, with whom we discussed major issues related to BH aviation, including the importance of taking over the air traffic control of BH sky.
The Fair of Tourism met all our expectations because we fulfilled the first goal to get closer tour customers and present ourselves to the local and foreign business community. General impression of having an exceptionally successful fair is illustrated by many contacts established among exhibitors and business partners.
