New route introduced (Tripoli-Sarajevo v.v.)

After signing a bilateral agreement on air traffic between the Government of the Great Socialist People’s Libiyan Jamahiriya and the B&H Council of Ministers, the airline GHADAMES AIR TRANSPORT was appointed by the Libiyan Government as the official carrier to B&H. The aircraft on the route Tripoli-Sarajevo-Tripoli will fly on Tuesdays, starting from 10 October 2006. A promotional flight took place on Tuesday, 10.10.2006, taking more than 100 passengers (Government and tourism representatives, businessmen).
On the occasion of this event, Sarajevo Airport organized a ceremony in order to mark the introduction of air traffic between Libiya and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
GHADAMES AIR TRANSPORT was established in 2004 and presently has three aircraft, type Boing 737-300.
