J.P. International Airport “SARAJEVO” d.o.o. Sarajevo announces
INVITATION TO SUBMIT A BID
FOR LEASING COMMERCIAL PREMISES
IN TERMINAL B OF SARAJEVO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
(hereinafter referred to as the “Invitation”)
J.P. International Airport “SARAJEVO” d.o.o. Sarajevo plans to lease hospitality facilities located in the Terminal B building on the second floor of the terminal building (area before passport control), as well as commercial premises intended for retail and service activities (area after passport control).
The premises offered for lease include business spaces intended for hospitality activities consisting of: a Café and a Restaurant with kitchen and auxiliary rooms.
The total indoor area is 645.23 m², of which the Café occupies 107.56 m², while the Restaurant with kitchen and auxiliary rooms occupies 537.67 m².
The retail business space has a total area of 33.39 m², while the service activity premises consist of one business space of 75.00 m² and another business space of 14.60 m².
Both domestic and foreign legal entities may submit bids in written form (sealed envelope) in one of the official languages of Bosnia and Herzegovina or in English, no later than 30 April 2026 at 12:30, marked:
“Bid for – LEASE OF COMMERCIAL PREMISES IN TERMINAL B OF SARAJEVO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT”
The bid shall be submitted to the lessor’s registry office either in person or by mail.
